1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 49/17 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 05.03.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sunil No. 1688, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 04/05.02.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/Night patrolling checking towards Cart Road Shimla. At about 12-30 AM, when they reached near Apsra Hotel Cart Road, one person namely Pradeep Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Babu Ram R/o House No. 2, Cow Shed, Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 22 years, intercepted by them and recovered 46 gram Charas from his possession. Accused has been arrested & the case is being investigated by HC Sunil No. 1668, I/O PS Sadar.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 49/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 04.03.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 04.03.2017 at about 06-30 PM, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted a raid at Dhara of Manna Kumar Kuaushal S/o Sh. Pargdeen R/o Gatai, PO Mugal Bazar, Tehsil Musafir, Distt Sultanpur U.P. A/P C/o Sher Singh R/o Gazta, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla and recovered 48 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Patiala Rasbhari Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 25/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 04.03.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Kulwant Singh PS Jhakri alleging therein that on 04.03.2017 at about 05-30 PM, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Dofda. When he reached near Dofda he recovered 05 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Una No. 1 from the possession of Biku @ Bik Singh S/O sh. Roshan lal R/O Pataina P.O. Devathi Tehsil Rampur Distt.Shimla H.P. A/P Hottel owner in Dofda Bazar The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Kulwant Singh PS Jhakri
4. A THEFT:- Case FIR No. 26/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 05.03.2017 U/S 379, 511 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Mohan Singh stated therein that on 04.03.2017 at about 11.00 PM a person namely Amar Bahadur S/o Sh. Dil Bahadur R/o Saliyan Oda NO. 7, Jajerkot, Distt Salyan, Nepal aged 35 years broken the UCO Bank ATM at Junga with the intention to attempt the theft. The case is being investigated by HC Virender I/O PP Junga, PS Dhalli.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 25/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 04.03.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Praveen Sharma S/o Late Sh. Tara Chand Sharma R/o Village Dhawawg, PO Thaila, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 04.03.2017, he alongwith his Cousin brother Kapil Sharma was going to Kufri in M/Cycle No. HP52A-1105. When he reached Nr IHM, a Tempo 407 hit his above M/Cycle and run away from the spot. in this accident both the above persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar I/O PS Dhalli.
6. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT: Case FIR No. 20/17 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 05.03.2017 U/S 341 323, 506 IPC on the statement of SH. Birbal S/o Late Sh. Paras Ram R/o Kothi, PO Ogli, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that on 04.03.2017 at about 7.00 PM one person namely Sonu S/o Sh. Seaw Dass , Yog Raj & Jagdish S/o Sh. Molak Ram R/o Kothi, PO Ogli, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla obstructed his way beaten & threatened him. The case is being investigated by SI/IC Prem Lal PP Jalog, PS Sunni.
7. During last 24 hours 220 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 86 & fine realized Rs. 29,400/- 68 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 72,00/-.

Jajehar, PO Gumma, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla aged 32 years. (iii) accused Pushpender @ Shiv Ji S/o Sh. Puran Dass R/o Vill. Jajehar, PO Gumma, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla aged 27 years. (iv) accused Naval Kishore @ Naval S/o Sh. Sewa Dass R/o Vill. Jajehar, PO Gumma, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla aged 22 years. (V) accused Pushpender @ Vicky S/o Sh. Kesar Singh R/o Vill. Matlod, PO Gumma, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla aged 26 years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 18/17 dtd 02.03.17 U/S 341,323,147,149,504,506,308 IPC PS Sunni is remanded in Police custody upto 07.03.2017, by trial court.
2. Accused Amar Bahadur S/o Sh. Dil Bahadur R/o Saliyan Oda NO. 7, Jajerkot, Distt Salyan, Nepal aged 35 years has been arrested in Case FIR No. 26/17 dtd 05.03.17 U/S 379, 511 IPC PS Dhalli is being produced before Ld Court.
3. Accused Pradeep Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Babu Ram R/o House No. 2, Cow Shed, Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 22 years has been arrested in Case FIR No. 49/17 dtd 05.03.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND & PS Act PS Sadar today on 3.00 AM and he is being produced before Ld Court.
