An Excise Act case FIR No 58/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 25.03.2017 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Pal I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 during patrolling at Lalpani road he and his staff members intercepted a person namely Ashok Kumar S/o Sh Tarsem Singh C/o near Thara Labor Hostel Lalpani Shimla and recovered 10 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Rampal I/o PS Sadar.
An Accident case FIR No 35/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 25.03.2017 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Madan Lal S/o Lt Sh Shamu Ram R/o village Narganh P/o Kalbog Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla Age 45 years alleging therein that his younger Brother namely Brij Lal Age 43 years Who was working as a Peon in HPPWD Department at Kalbog. On 20.03.2017 he went to Narkanda in his vehicle Alto K- 10- Car Bearing No HP-09C-4204 for his personal work but he did Not return back to his home till date. His brother searched him everywhere but he could not find. Yesterday on 25.03.2017 during searching, he found his brother dead near Batnal Nallla due to accident of his above vehicle. Postmortem has been conducted at CH Kumarsain. After Postmortem dead body handed over to his relative .The Case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj I/O PP Narkanda.
An Accident case FIR No 41/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.03.2017 U/S 279, 337,429 IPC on the statement of Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh Shyam Singh village Makhdol P/o Fagu Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 a vehicle no DL 14CC 2629 met with an accident at Kufri in which five persons with driver sustained injuries. When this car rolled down from the road then it also crushed his horse. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of driver Shiv Kumar.
An Accident case FIR No 42/17 has been registered at PS West on 25.03.2014 U/S 279 on the statement of Sh Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh Dhani Ram village Air P/o Dhundhan Tehsil Arki Distt Solan alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 a vehicle No HP 12F 1020 hit his vehicle No HP 03C 2570 at Chakkar Shimla. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of driver of vehicle HP 12F 1020 namely Mahinder Kumar. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS West.
An Accident case FIR No 57/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 25.03.2017 on the complaint of Gopal Chauhan S/o Sh Tulsi Ram Chauhan C/o Kanwar Niwas Chepslee Estate Lakkar Bazaar Shimla alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 a vehicle No PB 06C 1299 came rashly from Longwood side and damaged his parked vehicle No HP 52A 9778 and another vehicle No HP 07C 1170 at Auckland. His driver did not stop his vehicle and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Brijesh I/O PS Sadar.
An Accident case FIR No. 43/17 has been registered at PS West on 26.03.17 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh Pratap Singh R/o village Kyartu P/o Kyarkoti Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 he parked his tanker No HP 62 1233 at Ghoda Chawki suddenly a vehicle No HR 03G 5348 collided with his vehicle in which four persons sustained injuries. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Harish Kumar driver of HR 03G 5348. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar I/o PS West.
A Rioting case FIR NO 59/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 25.03.2017 U/S 147, 148, 149, 506 and 323 IPC on the statement of Ahmed Zia S/o Sh Abdul Malik R/o hussain Khail Pump, Street No1 H/No 1 Distt Bagramig Kabul Province Afghanistan alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 he wanted to go Delhi with his friend Haroon. He contacted for Volvo Bus tickets at Swastik Tour and Travels through his mobile phone. When he and his friend went to at Swastik Tour and Travels they told that their ticket was not confirmed. Then they request for other bus, tickets on this request travel agent told him to go through another bus and he took him in another bus and also told him that sit on the front seats and he went back to his agency when conductor of that bus came there he told him that seats were already booked for any other passengers and told him to go out from the bus. They went again to travel agency and told him that they took him in a wrong bus on this statement some persons attacked on his friend Haroon. On this incident, he called his other friends there. Suddenly 30-40 people gathered there and beaten his friends and him brutally. 05 accused have been arrested and the case is being investigated by HC Sunil I/O PS Sadar.
A Negligent conduct with respect to animal case FIR No 40/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.03.2017 U/S 289, 429 IPC on the complaint of Gopal Dass Verma village Shanan P/o Sanjauli District Shimla age 65 years alleging therein that on 25.03.2017 his servant took his dog to roam but suddenly his neighbor's dog attacked over his dog and bite badly. Due to the bite of dog his dog died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Dhalli.

Accused Smt. Shompa Manna W/o Sh. Subrat Kumar Manna R/o Flat No. 30, Plot No. 7, Shalimar Garden, Vikram Enclave Shahibabad, Distt. Gajiyabad UP age 46 year is arrested in case FIR No. 41/17 Dt. 21.03.2017 U/S 420, 511 IPC at PS New Shimla, is further remanded in Police Custody upto 28.03.2017, by the Ld. Court.

Accused Rinku S/o Sh Krishan Singh R/o Kanda Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR NO 56/17 on 20.03.2017 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at PS Sadar is being produced before Ld court, tomorrow
