1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 80/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 02.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.06.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Khari Kainchi at Tharola. On the secret information they conducted raid in the dhara of Jagat Kharka S/o Sh. Krishna Bahadur R/o village Badriya, PO Guleria, Tehsil Machgarh Distt. Guleria Nepal, age 30 years A/P C/o Roshan Lal R/o Village Charka, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and recovered 48 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Santra No. 1, from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 81/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Rajneesh Thakur, SHO PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that today on 03.06.2017 at about 11-30 AM, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted raid in the dhara of Manna Kumar Kaushal S/o Sh. Pragdeen R/o Gatai, PO Mugal Bazar, Tehsil Musafir Distt. Sultanpur, UP A/P residing in dhara C/o Sher Singh R/o Gazta Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and recovered 06 Bottles of Country liquor marka Patiala Rasbhari from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur, SHO PS Kotkhai.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 103/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 02.06.2017 at about 07-15 PM, on the secret information, one person namely Bhoop Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Thanda, PO Cheekhad, Tehsil Theog, Shimla apprehended by them on Raighat- Kyartu Road and recovered 40 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Paradise Santra, from his possession. The case is being investigated ASI Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Theog.
4. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 76/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 02.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Sher Singh, I/O PS Jhakri, Shimla, I/O PS Jhakri, Shimla stated therein that on 02.06.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff at Batali, he recovered 07 Bottles of illicit country liquor from the possession of Chandi Ram S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village batali, PO Kartot, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Sher Singh, I/O PS Jhakri, Shimla.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 88/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 02.06.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dharm Pal S/o Sh. Prem Lal R/o Vilalge Parnali, PO Bandla, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Hamirpur A/P Driver in HRTC Deptt. Hamirpur Depot, stated therein that on 02.06.2017, he was on the route duty from Hamirpur to Bodan (Shoghi) in Bus No. HP-67-4824. At about 02-45 PM, when he reached near 16 Miles, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-01A-5643 (Tampo Traveler) driven by Bhupender Kumar S/o Sh. Narayan Dass R/o Village Chalawag, PO Baldeyan, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, came rashly with negligent driving in wrong direction and hit with his Bus. In this accident, five passenger travelling in above Tampo Traveler, sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Yog Raj, I/O PS Dhami.
6. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 76/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 02.06.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Madan Lal R/o Village & PO Khandela, Distt. Seekar, Rajasthan A/P Ram Dass Building at Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that he is running a repair shop of Stove, Pressure Cooker & Umbrella at Sanjauli Bazar. On 02.06.2017 at about 12-00 Noon, when his father crossing the road, at the same time one vehicle No. DL-2CAL-5751 (Wagon-R) came rashly from Sanjauli side and hit his father, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli.
7. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 50/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 02.06.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohd Sharukh S/o Sh. Mohd. Anish R/o Village Barodha PO & Teh Buhana Distt Mujafarnagar U.P A/P Mechanic in M/S Atijaan Shaktinagar Teh Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein on 02.06.2017, he and Intejar & Imraj, were going towards Samoli in their own Motorcycles. At about 10.00 PM when they reached near Modern Bakery, at the same time, a Motorcycle No. HP-10A-9687 came rashly from Rohru side and hit with their bike. In this incident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated HC Ashish, I/O PS Rohru.
8. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 89/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 03.06.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Shimla West on the statement of Sh. Narender Kumar S/o Sh. Suresh Kumar R/o Village Bagwad, PO Mundkhar, Tehsil Bhoranj, Distt. Hamirpur stated therein that today morning he was going back to Daroh Palampur from Shimla in vehicle No. HP-07A-0456. When he reached near Boileauganj Crossing, at the same time one HRTC Bus No. HP-03B-6079 driven by Puran Chand, which was on the route from Manali-Shimla, came rashly and hit his vehicle. In this accident, three persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar, I/O PS Shimla West.
9. NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO MACHINERY: Case FIR No. 102/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.06.2017 U/S 287 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Basant S/o Sh. Veelagu R/o Village Gumana Bharu, PO Kakrah, Tehsil Naanpara, PS Motipur, Distt. Varaeach, UP A/P Shandil Niwas Village Bagain, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 27 years stated therein that on 02.06.2017 at about 03-30 PM, one JCB Machine No. HP-10A-4457 came rashly from Theog side and hit with hill near Chhailla Pull due to rash & negligent driving of Parminder S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Majholi, PO Pakotla, Tehsil Anandpur, Punjab, age 21 years, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PP Chhaila, (Theog).
10. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 43/17 has been registered at PS Sunni on 02.06.2017 U/S 451, 504, 506, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Trilok Singh R/o Village & PO BBMB Colony, Sunni, Shimla stated therein that during the midnight of 01/02.06.2017 at about 01-30 AM, one person namely Pawan @ Golu trespassed his house & beaten him brutally. He also abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram, I/O PS Sunni.
11. During last 24 hours 311 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 179 & fine realized Rs. 70,600/- and 35 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,600/-.
FOLLOW-UP
1. Accused i) Pawan Verma S/o Lt. Sh. Shyam Lal Verma R./o Village Kariyal, PO Kyara Kandru, Teshil Theog, Shimla, age 25 years and ii) Pawan @ Sanju S/o Sh. Molak Ram R/o Village Majhral, PO Kangal, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, age 32 years arrested in case FIR No. 58/17 Dt. 02.06.2017 U/S 376D, 34 IPC & 4 of POCSO Act at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in Police custody upto 05.06.2017, by the Ld. Court.
2. Accused i) Vinyameen @ Fouji S/O Bhadar of Vill Tarshanu PO Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla HP and ii) Beer Singh S/O Goverdhan Singh Vill and PO Serpur Tehsil Vikas Nagar Distt Dehradun Uttrakhand, age about 32 years, arrested in Case FIR No 25/17 Dt 02.06.17 U/S 363, 366 (A), 372, 376, 506 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Nerwa. They will be produced before Ld. Court, tomorrow.
