AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 37/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 06.06.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Shamsher Singh S/o Sh. Munshi Ram R/o Village Saundari PO Khabal Tehsil Chirgaon stated therein that on 05.06.2017 at about 08-45 PM, he alongwith his friend Balwant Singh were going towards Rohru in Tipper No HP-62B-6003. On the way near Galu Hatkoti, another Tipper No HP-67-2130, came rashly with negligent driving and hit with their Tipper. The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh, I/O PP Sarswati Nagar.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 26/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 06.06.2017 U/S 279, 304 (A) IPC on the statement of Sh. Satish Jasta S/O Sh. Khayali Ram R/O Villag Kalara P.O Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla stated therein that today at about 09-50 AM, a tractor No. HP-08A-1946 met with an accident near Nerwa College and rolled down from the road due to negligent driving of Chhote Lal S/O Sh. Chunchiya Ram R/o Village Shawala Tehsil Chopal Distt Distt. Shimla. In this accident, driver Chhote Lal died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar, I/O PS Nerwa.
USED CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT DISCHARGE HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 92/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 06.06.2017 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC & Sec. 3 of The Prevention to Damage Public Property Act on the statement of Sh. Dharm Pal S/o Sh. Mohan Sing R/o Village Bargal Madhana PO Birla Tehsil Poanta Sahib, Distt. Sirmaur A/P Driver in Bus No. HP-12G-4632 HRTC Depot Nahan stated therein that he was on the route duty from Nahan to Shimla. When he reached at Shoghi, driver of Private Bus No. HP-13B-0909 Mehta Coach, obstructed his way by stopped his bus in front of his bus. Bus driver & conductor alongwith 8/9 passenger came out from the bus, pulled him from the bus and beaten him brutally during performing his govt. duty. They have also broken the accelerator of his bus and took it with them.
A CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 93/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 06.06.2017 U/S 323, 504, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/o Sh. Prem Singh R/o Village Shatal, PO Devathi, Tehsil & Distt. Solan, age 51 years alleging therein that he is driver in Private Bus No. HP-13B-0909 and the route of his bus is Solan- Shimla. Today on 06.06.2017 at about 08-24 AM, he was coming to Shimla from Solan. When he reached near Khabara Chowki, driver of HRTC Bus No. HP-12G-4632 came rashly and taken pass in wrong way. When they reached at Shoghi and asked from the driver of above HRTC Bus, he started to abuse him in vulgar language. He also beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences.
A THEFT: Case FIR No. 107/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 05.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar Sood A/P Partner with Ajay Kumar Sood, M/s Engineers & Contractor, Sanjay Sadan Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 05/06.06.2017, some unknown person has stolen away their materials i.e. Metal Beam, ISMC, Spacer etc. which was stacked near Apple Control Centre (Fagu). The case is being investigated by ASI Subash Shastri, I/C Fagu, Theog.
During last 24 hours 345 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 199 & fine realized Rs. 91,800/-, 17 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 7,000/-

Accused i) Vinyameen @ Fouji S/O Bhadar of Vill Tarshanu PO Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla HP and ii) Beer Singh S/O Goverdhan Singh Vill and PO Serpur Tehsil Vikas Nagar Distt Dehradun Uttrakhand, age about 32 years, arrested in Case FIR No 25/17 Dt 02.06.17 U/S 363, 366 (A), 372, 376, 506 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Nerwa, is on police remand up to 07.06.2017.
Proclaimed Offender Chet Ram S/o Sh. Dharm Dass R/o Village Lohaprali, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 50 years arrested in case FIR No. 53/10 Dt. 04.06.2010 U/S 498A, 506, 34 IPC at PS Shimla East, remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.
