1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 109/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 09.06.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Madog, PO Sainj, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 09.06.2017, after attend the marriage function at Mount View Hotel, he alongwith his father Roshan Lal & Sh. Surender Kumar were going to home in his Alto Car No. CH-03P-2017. At about 12-30 AM, when they reached at Gajedi Bypass, at the same time one Car No. HP-07C-1164 driven by Jai Pal S/o Sh. Suviru Ram R/o Village Rukhla, PO Rawla Kyar, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, came rashly in wrong direction from Shimla side and hit with his vehicle, caused sustained injuries to his father. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Theog.
2. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 47/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 08.06.2017 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC on the application of wife of Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Village & PO Sarpara Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therien that on 07.06.2017, her elder brother-in-law namely Kedar Singh & his three son's namely Ram Parkash, Kapil Dev & Azad Singh entered in her house & abused her. They have also beaten her brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case Is being investigated by HC Vinod Kumar I/O P.S. Jhakri.
3. During last 24 hours 269 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 150 & fine realized Rs. 61,800/- and 51 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,300/-.
