1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 114/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 18.06.17 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Purshotam Chand, I/C PP Chhaila (Theog) alleging therein that on 18.06.2017, one Maruti Car No. HP-09C-0863, which was on the way from Chhaila to Kyar, met with an accident near Kyar and rolled down 20/25 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Surender S/o Sh. Bala Nand R/o Village Jae, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, caused sustained injuries to two persons. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand, I/C PP Chhaila (Theog).
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 85/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 19.06.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Manoj Kumar C/o Sukh Dev Rana R/o Village Sangru PO Ranol Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that today he alongwith Neeraj & Jitender @ Ajay was coming towards Dhalli Subji Mandi from Rohru in Pick-Up No. HP-10A-8799. At about 04-30 AM, when they reached near Parshal, above Pick-Up met with an accident & rolled down 100 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Jitender @ Ajay. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal, I/C PP Baghi (Kotkhai).
3. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 116/17 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 18.06.17 U/S 341 323 504 506 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bittu @ Pinti S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Sikh Line 309/1, Krishna Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that on 17.06.2017 at about 03-45 PM, when he was coming to home from Lower Bazar, on the way Vicky and Suraj met with him near Metro Samsung shop and told him that two persons namely Rajat & Shivam had obstructed their way scuffle with them and beaten them brutally. They have also abused them and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh, I/O PS Sadar.
4. A DISFIGUREMENT ACT: Case FIR No. 117/17 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 18.06.2017 U/S 3 HP Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act on the complaint of Sh. Prashant Sarkek, A/P Jr. Commissioner, MC Shimla, HP alleging therein that in order to compliance the order of Commissioner, MC Shimla, he found that various parties & other private institutes have pasted their poster/banner and painted on walls at public places in Shimla city. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
5. A DISFIGUREMENT ACT: Case FIR No. 102/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 18.06.2017 U/S 3 HP Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act on the complaint of Sh. Prashant Sarkek, A/P Jr. Commissioner, MC Shimla alleging therein that in order to compliance the order of Commissioner, MC Shimla, he found that various parties & other private institutes have pasted their poster/banner and painted on walls at public places in the jurisdiction of PS Boileauganj. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram, I/O PS West, Shimla.
6. A DISFIGUREMENT ACT: Case FIR No. 89/17 has been registered at PS Shimla East on 18.06.2017 U/S 3 of HP Open Place (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act on the rukka of ASI Prem Singh, I/O PS Shimla East stated therein that after law & order duty when he alongwith staff coming back to Police station and found that Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Prakash R/o Bhodipur, Tehsil Shahkot, Distt. Jalandhar, age 39 years painting the wall near the parking of HP Secretariat, Chhota Shimla, without getting any permission local administration. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh, I/O PS Shimla East.
7. A DISFIGUREMENT ACT: Case FIR No. 79/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 19.06.2017 U/S 3 of HP Open Place (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act on the rukka of HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS New Shimla stated therein that today on 19.06.2017 at about 01-00 PM, when he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ traffic duty on NH-5 at Khalini and found that poster of S. Sankalp No. 1, Coaching Academy, BCS Shimla, pasted on the wall at Public place at Khalini. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS New Shimla.
8. A DISFIGUREMENT ACT: Case FIR No. 90/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 19.06.2017 U/S 3 of HP Open Place (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act on the rukka of HC Naresh Kumar, I/O PS Sanjauli, Shimla stated therein that today on 19.06.2017, when he alongwith staff was on patrolling at Sajauli Bazar and found that poster marked as "UTOPIA, Strong Fundamental Better Result" pasted on the wall in front of Bamboo Hut, Bar & Restaurant at Sanjauli . The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS New Shimla.
9. A FOREST ACT: Case FIR No. 89/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 18.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act on the rukka of HC Virender Kumar, I/O PP Junga, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.06.2017 at about 04-30 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff two vehicles No. HP-64-8729 (Pick-Up) and HP-63A-2402 (Tampo), coming towards Kufri from Chail, stopped by them for checking. During the searching of Tampo vehicle, they recovered 15 logs (sleeper) under the possession of driver namely Kuldeep S/o Sh. Shyam Singh R/o Village Nagru PO Kekvi, Tehsil Theog, Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Virender, I/O PP Junga.
10. During last 24 hours 300 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 137 & fine realized Rs. 47,500/- and 12 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,200/-.

1. Accused Nitu Verma S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Village Noon, PO Khunni, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 61/17 Dt. 16.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 32, 33 The Indian Forest Act at PS Kumarsain, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
2. Accused Vidhi Chand S/o Lt Sh. Hans Raj R/o H.NO. 150, Vill. Clin, PO, Tehsil & Distt Solan, HP age 41 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 101/17 dated 18.06.2017 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.

Rakesh Sharma R/o Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar Shimla, Age 33 Years have been arrested in Case FIR NO. 115/17 dated 17.06.17 U/S 147,148,149,323,307 IPC PS Sadar are remanded in Police custody upto 20.06.2017, by the Ld. Court.
4. Accused Kuldeep S/o Sh. Shyam Singh R/o Village Nagru PO Kekvi, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 89/17 Dt. 18.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act at PS Dhalli, is remanded in police custody upto 21.06.2017, by the Ld. Court.
