- CAUSING HURT BY DANGEROUS WEAPON: Case FIR No. 127/17 has been
registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 07.08.2017 U/S 324 IPC on the complaint
of Sh. Love Kumar S/o Sh. Dev Raj Sharma R/o Village Lalsa, PO Dansa Tehsil Rampur Bsr. Distt.
Shimla alleging therein that on 07.08.2017 at about 03-00 PM, when he
alongwith his brother Sudhir was drinking Beer in Rendezvous Bar at
Scandal Point Shimla, then one waiter scuffled with him and hit on his
head with glass, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being
investigated by ASI Mohinder Lal, I/O PS Sadar.
- During last 24 hours 189 vehicles
were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 159 & fine
realized Rs. 52,200/- and 19 persons challaned under
Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,900/-.
Deceased Sh
Shayam Singh
S/o Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Village Jakodh PO Kiarto Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla age
40 years found dead near Chalonthi near ABC Bar & Restaurant Sanjauli due
to consumption of heavy quantity of liquor. After autopsy at IGMC Shimla, dead
body handed over to his relative for crimination.

S/o Sh. Gulam Navi R/O Village Chadiyar PO Surjan Distt Kathua J&K age 22 years, arrested in case FIR No
89/17 Dt. 18.06.17 U/S 41,42 IF Act & 379 IPC at PS Dhalli, is
remanded in police custody for 02 days by the Ld. Court.
