Crime Report on August 14, 2017


1.  A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 112/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.08.2017 U/S 147 149 451 323 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh  alleging therein that he is running a shop at Cemetery Sanjauli. On 13.08.2017 at about 05-00 PM, when he alongwith his wife at their shop, 5/6 persons came to his shop and start to quarrel with them. They have beaten them brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Satvinder Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.
2.  A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 105/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 13.08.2017 U/S 451, 323, 355 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Bal Krishan R/o Dimple Cottage near Foji Dhaba Sector-2 New Shimla alleging therein that he is an elected Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Rajhana and running a Mobile Shop “Dimple Communication” at Sector-2 New Shimla. On 13.08.2017, due to Sunday he was at home, but his workers Arjun opened the shop. At about 01-25 PM, his workers Arjun told him telephonically that one lady came to his shop & quarrelling with him. On this, when he came to his shop, that lady also scuffled with him and pulled them from the stairs and torn up his T-shirt. During this, his gold chain has also been broken.
3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 51/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 13.07.2017 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Vishnu Chaudhary S/o Sh. Pulu Ram Chaudhary R/o Village Preni Tehsil & PS Masuriya Distt. Kailali Gouri Ganga, Nepal, age 38 years alleging therein that he is working as labourer with Sh. Roop Singh Darta R/o Village & PO Mandhol, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla. On 13.08.2017 at about 06-30 PM, he alongwith Vishramu, Demu Chaudhary, Surendera & Ram were going to pack the apple in Grading Machine at Mandhole in Pick-Up No. HP63-4842. When they reached near Malot, above vehicle met with an accident  due to rash & negligence driving of Sahil Kapta @ Devu and rolled down from the road. In this accident, one Surender was died on the way to hospital and others sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani, I/O PS Jubbal.  
4.  During last 24 hours 232 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 124 & fine realized Rs. 44,600/- and 36 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 3,900/-.
