- ASSAULT OR
CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT: Case FIR No. 25/18 has been registered at PS
Kotkhai today on 04.05.2018 U/S 356 IPC in which complainant alleged that
on 03.05.2018 at about 07-00 PM, after seen the Mahasu fair, when she
alongwith her husband was going to home and reached near Rest House at
Jungle Van Kuffar, at the same time an unknown person came there, snatched her gold
Mangalsutra and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by
ASI Hari, I/O PS Kotkhai.
- During
last 24 hours 359 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle
Act, Compounded= 164 fine realized Rs. 79,700/-,
17 persons challaned under Smoking
Act & fine collected Rs. 2050/- and 06 Challaned under Mining
Act.
FOLLOW UP
- One lady accused arrested
in Case FIR No. 111/18 Dt. 03.05.2018 U/S 380 34 IPC at PS Shimla-West, is
remanded in police custody upto 05.05.2018, by the Ld. Court.

before Ld. Court today.
