Crime Report on May 20,2018

1. AN ND&PS Act case FIR No. 20/18 Dt. 19.05.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sunni has been registered on the rukka of SI Ram Swaroop, SI SNCC & FU Shimla Range, Malyana State  Intelligence Deptt. HP, Shimla alleging therein that on 19.05.2018 at about 08-00 PM, During patrolling alongwith staff near Luhari Chaba, one Bulet Motorcycle alongwith two persons namely Yash Thakur S/o Sh. Tula Ram R/o Village Jilatinder PO Shawad Tehsil Anni District Kullu, age 30 years and Sanchit Kaushal S/o Sh. Satpal Kaushal R/o Village & PO Mamail Tehsil Karsog District Mandi, age 19 years intercepted by him and recovered 895 Gram Charas from their possession. Above both accused have been arrested by the police and further investigation is being carried out by SI Jai Singh, SHO PS Sunni, Shimla. 
2. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 90/18 dated 19-05-2018 u/s 279,429 IPC has been registered at PS Theog on the statement of Sh. Surat Ram S/o Sh. Het Ram R/o Vill Teel PO Cheog Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 19-05-2018 aa about 03-30 PM when he was going to his home from Mahasu Peak with two horses and reached near Galu at the same time one vehicle No. HP63-3500 came rashly and negligently and hit his one horse and ran away from the spot. In this accident his horse sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Satish I.O PP Phagu.
3. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 89/18 dated 19-05-2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh. Madan Singh S/o Sh. Durga Dass R/o Vill Dung PO Gumma Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 19-05-2018 one vehicle No. HP 51-2822 (Mohindera Bolero) was going to Gumma to Baldeyan met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver. In this accident Manohar S/o Late Sh. Uma Dutt sustained injuries and Vivek Verma died on the spot. Tha case is being investigated by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Mashobra. PS Dhallli.
4. AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 38/18 dated 19-05-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Sarswati Nagar stated therein that as per secret information he searched the Karyana Shop of Sh. Gulat Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Jethu Ram R/o VPO Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla and recovered 07 bottles of Country Liaquor Una No.-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Sarswati Nagar PS Jubbal.
5. AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 39/18 dated 19-05-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Sarswati Nagar stated therein that as per secret information he searched the Karyana Shop of Sh. Souji Ram S/o Sh. Sanu Ram R/o VPO Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla and recovered 04 bottles of Country liquor Paradise Santra from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/ C PP Sarswati Nagar PS Jubbal.
6. AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 46/18 dated 19-05-2018 u/s 39 HP Excise act on the rukka of SI/SHO PS Jhakri alleging therein that during patrolling alongwith staff he intercepted one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Gokal Ram Vill. Majhgaon PO Shahdhar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla and recovered 6 ½ bottles of country liquor Una No.-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Om Parkash PS Jhakri.
7. AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 91/18 dated 20.05.2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog on the rukka of ASI Chet Ram I.O PP Deha alleging therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Ghodna, Devthi. At about 08-30 AM near Ghodna Kenchi he intercepted one person namely Bhagat Ram S/o Sh. Nathu Ram R/o Vill Ghodna PO Deha Tehsil Theog and recovered 10 bottles of country liquor Paradise Santra from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I.O PP Deha.
8. AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 92/18 dated 19.05.2018 has been registered at PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 19.05.2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Sabzi Mandi. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Ganesh Bahadur Thapa S/o Moti Ram Thapa A/P R/o S.K Gupta near Anaj Mandi Ganj Bazar Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor Una No-1 from his possession.  The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O PS Sadar.
